Orders

How do I retreive and handle my orders via API or via my existing software ?

You will have more info by visiting the dedicated section : Plugins

Which e-commerce solutions do you provide integration with ?

IMN offers orders modules for Prestashop, Magento 1, Magento 2 and PlentyMarkets. JTL/Wawi through Unicorn has also developped a plugin for orders.

You will find the modules on the dedicated page here : Plugins

If you use other e-commerce solutions, it might be possible to integrate the IMN API, but your end part will have to be developed by yourself in alignment to the IMN API instructions available here : https://api-docs.imn.io/

Where do I see my orders from the target Marketplaces ?

The orders that you will receive from your target markets (ePRICE, Cdiscount and Kaufland) will be centralized into your IMN Orders section. You can also manage the order status accordingly.

Please note that the eMAG order sync functionality is not available - to consult your eMAG orders for now you need to visit your eMAG back office.

You can use IMN to sync the offers, and consult orders on the actual eMAG platform back office. Note that this applies to eMAG only, for all the other Target Markets, orders are centralized in IMN.

Your orders from target markets will not be visible, though, on your home marketplace.

You will keep seeing your home market orders on your home market, and all the target markets orders will be centralized on IMN.

I don't see the orders from eMAG in my IMN Back-office

Please note that the eMAG orders are managed directly from the eMAG back office, which is easily accessible from the IMN overview straight away.

To visualize your eMAG back office : Click on the eMAG logo , and then on the blue button

From there you'll be able to handle shipments, customer messages, and be in touch with eMAG support for any inquiry you might have relating to operations on the eMAG Marketplace.
