How can I manage deliveries ?

Sellers can set up their shipment settings individually, including the shipping costs and delivery times. They can either offer free shipment, or state the shipping costs seperately. To set up shipping costs, shipping groups have to be created, following the section "Versandeinstellungen" in the seller backend. The delivery time can also be chosen freely, sellers only need to make sure that orders can be delivered within the time given.


Cdiscount

The untracked mode ("Normal Mode") is available only for products below 25€ value. Above this, tracking + registered modes are mandatory.

Merchants will have to provide a tracking option in any case.

Express mode is also optional if you are able to deliver your customers within 1 working day, excluding preparation delay.

For transformation purposes, Free shipping is recommended but not mandatory.


ePRICE

eMAG

Free shipping is not mandatory. The shipping cost can be settled directly in the shipping tax section. Orders should be shipped, ideally, in 24/48 hours. Exceptions can be made up to 10 days. Sellers need to set a handling time indicator for each SKU.

How can I manage Returns ?

As any customer request, returns need to be processed within 48 hours on working days. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40.00

(€ 40.01, excl. delivery charges for the initial delivery), the seller has to bear the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Otherwise, the customer bears the return costs. The return address must noch be within Germany, but within Europe.

Eprice

The handling of returns will be directly in the seller backend via the discussion feed with the customer.

The return costs will be beared by the customer only in case of retractation and if the return address is in italy. In all other cases, it will be beared by the seller.

A local return address is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Cdiscount

The handling of returns will be directly in the seller shop via the discussion feed with the customer.

The return costs will be beared by the customer only in case of retractation AND if the return address is in France. In all other cases, it will be beared by the seller.

If the merchant wants send a prepaid label, he can do it in the discussion feed too.


eMAG

Depending on the logistics option for shipping the orders, returns can be handled either by eMAG (fulfilment services), either by the sellers (if they choose to ship directly to the end user).

The return costs are decided exclusively by the seller. Local return address is not mandatory, with the exception of FBE.

Which Shipping Company / Courier should I use ?

You are free to choose any shipping company as long as it is able to provide a tracking number to the customer and it can serve the country where your customer is located within the expected timeframe of each Marketplace.
