Quando le offerte vengono importate su IMN tramite il mercato domestico e poi esportate sul mercato di destinazione, la piattaforma trasferisce le informazioni tra i mercati in base ai codici EAN (chiamati anche GTIN) dei prodotti. Ciò significa che sono possibili due scenari:

> Se i prodotti che vendi sono già presenti sui tuoi marketplace di destinazione (se il codice a barre EAN è già presente), le tue offerte verranno automaticamente barrate in poche ore, non dovrai fare nessun'altra azione in merito, e potrai controllare le tue offerte da IMN

> Se i prodotti non esistono sui tuoi marketplace di destinazione (EAN non presente), questi devono essere creati prima sui marketplace di destinazione.

Una volta fatto tutto ciò, le tue offerte saranno automaticamente abbinate a quelle. In questo caso puoi contattare l'account manager del tuo marketplace di riferimento, che sarà disponibile per aiutarti a creare i prodotti e realizzare le traduzioni.

Assicurati di usare lo stesso codice EAN quando crei il prodotto sui marketplace di destinazione.

Nel caso in cui vi troviate nel secondo scenario, potete creare i prodotti per ogni mercato seguendo le seguenti istruzioni

If you are unable to do so on your own, you can request help of the target marketplaces for product creation and translations.

For CDiscount (if CDiscount is your target market), that can be requested opening a ticket on your Cdiscount back office; you can use the subject " IMN - Request Help - Product Creation and Offer Sync ' .
